For a smooth move-in process, please prepare:

• Completed lease agreement (provided by management)

• Pet documentation (if applicable)
• Vehicle registration (if parking needed)

Move-in hours are 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Weekend move-ins may be arranged with advance notice for an additional fee.

The move-out process includes:

1. Submit written 30-day notice to management
2. Schedule move-out inspection with property manager
3. Return all keys and access cards
4. Provide forwarding address for security deposit refund
5. Settle all outstanding balances

Security deposits are refunded within 30 days after move-out, minus any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear. The unit must be returned in the same condition as when you moved in, except for normal wear and tear.

Unit transfers may be possible depending on availability and these conditions:

• Minimum 6 months in current unit
• Good payment history (no late payments)
• Current unit in good condition
• ₱2,000 transfer processing fee
• New lease agreement required

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to management. Approval is at the discretion of management based on availability and resident history. Rent rates for the new unit will apply.
