SOuL Takes Center Stage in dotHAX Entrepreneurial Incubation Program | SuperteamJapan StartupVillage

Tokyo and Shibuya, Japan – A groundbreaking entrepreneur development program, dotHAX Incubation, has been launched to support innovators in their pursuit of success at the Solana Global Hackathon, one of the blockchain industry’s most highly anticipated events held biannually. This initiative is tailored specifically for prospective hackathon participants, providing them with essential tools and strategies to launch ventures within the Solana ecosystem.

As of July 26, the program has reached full capacity; however, a waiting list has been established for those still interested in participating. Registration can be accessed via Luma at the Hackathon Strategy Event and Super Demo Day. The Solana Global Hackathon unites developers and entrepreneurs from around the globe, encouraging the development of new ventures that utilize Solana’s cutting-edge blockchain infrastructure. Victors of the hackathon not only gain significant recognition but also qualify for the Colosseum Accelerator, offering winners the chance to receive up to $250,000 in grants and investments, connect with venture capitalists, form partnerships with top-tier projects, and benefit from comprehensive business advisory services to expedite their business ideas within the Solana ecosystem.

Scheduled from Monday, August 19, to Friday, August 23, this development program offers participants mentorship from seasoned industry veterans who have successfully guided over 30 companies through IPOs, Silicon Valley startups, and accelerator programs. Participants will receive tailored guidance on business planning using the Lean Canvas model, emphasizing actionable outputs. Unlike conventional programs that employ a “lecture + output” method, this program adopts a more effective strategy: providing “input on the first day + subsequent output support.”

Participants will also receive invaluable advice from past Global Hackathon winners, including Mesh Map. Additionally, Superteam Japan has conducted interviews with hackathon stakeholders to integrate insights that could further enhance participants’ chances of success.

SOuL: A Standout Incubator

Among the standout participants is SOuL, an initiative focused on creating socioeconomic sanctuaries through regenerative forestry within the Solana ecosystem. SOuL has been selected for the dotHAX Incubation program in preparation for the Radar Hackathon. It was one of only 10 incubators selected from nearly 100 applicants and distinguished itself by being one of the four incubators that pitched to a Radar Hackathon judge, showcasing its potential to leverage Solana for real-world environmental and socioeconomic impact. SOuL aims for the community’s support in its decentralized model of forest and biodiversity conservation and challenges its business model to ensure sustainability and effectiveness. This program is open to individuals or organizations seeking to establish new businesses and will provide close mentorship and guidance from Superteam Japan contributors, offering participants a competitive edge.

To participate in this program, applicants must complete two steps: register via Luma and submit the application form (only the team representative should submit). Full participation during the five-day event is mandatory, although attendance can be adjusted based on individual schedules. Selected teams will be notified by August 11, and the event will take place at Crypto Cafe&Bar in Tokyo.
